Holocaust Education Week Provides Unique Opportunities for Dialogue

The 10th Annual Holocaust Education Week, presented by the Holocaust Memorial of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, will be an opportunity to learn from both the tragic and heroic lessons of the Holocaust. The event series will take place from Monday, February 6 through Thursday, February 9.

Community Will Gather to Celebrate 'Shabbat Across Miami' February 24-25

Shabbat is traditionally a time of peace, contemplation and togetherness. On Friday and Saturday, February 24 and 25, hundreds of Jewish people will share this holiday together during Shabbat Across Miami, taking place at venues across Miami-Dade County.

U.S. Ambassador Hannah Rosenthal to Discuss the Fight Against Anti-Semitism

On Tuesday, February 14, Ambassador Hannah Rosenthal will speak about her unique role in President Obama’s administration as the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism, as well as the focus of her efforts over the last two years. The presentation is being convened by the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

The Main Event – A Night to Celebrate Community and Israel

On Thursday, February 16, 2012, more than 1,200 members of Miami’s Jewish community will come together for one important evening – the Greater Miami Jewish Federation 2012 Main Event.
